This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines your rights and options regarding subscriptions, in-app purchases, and payment transactions on our platform. By initiating a purchase or upgrading your account, you agree to this policy.

Subscription Upgrades
Certain upgrade packages, such as the 'Founding Hunter' or 'Legendary Hunter' tiers, are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual as selected at checkout). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same price unless you cancel it or we modify the service rates.

Cancellation Guidelines
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Account/Profile Settings and select the Billing tab, or contact our support team at support@awakenrpg.xyz. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the subsequent cycle.

Refund Policy (Digital Goods & Subscriptions)
Because digital goods, companion character auras, profile badges, and XP/gold boosts are instantly activated upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions: if you are unsatisfied with your upgrade, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Refund requests received after 7 days from the transaction date are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process and Timelines
To request a refund, please send an email to support@awakenrpg.xyz with your registered account email, waitlist number, and transaction receipt details.
Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original payment source (credit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard processing times of our banking partners.

Modifications to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or add new charges at any time. Any price modifications will be communicated to you in advance at least 30 days prior to renewal. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
