This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines your rights and options regarding subscriptions, in-app purchases, and payment transactions on our platform. By initiating a purchase or upgrading your account, you agree to this policy.

Nature of Purchase — Lifetime Founder Access
Awaken Life RPG currently offers a one-time Founder Lifetime Access purchase. This is a single, non-recurring payment that grants you permanent access to the app, exclusive Founder rewards, Closed Beta Access, and a Founder Badge on your profile. There are no monthly or annual subscription charges associated with this purchase.

No Cancellation Required
Because the Founder Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. Once purchased, your access is permanently registered in our system. If you wish to request a refund within the eligible window (see Section 03), please contact our support team at support@awakenrpg.xyz.

Refund Policy — 7-Day Window
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the Founder Lifetime Access purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date.
Refund requests received after 7 calendar days from the original transaction date are not eligible for a refund. Once the app is in active use or you have participated in the Closed Beta, refunds will not be issued regardless of the window.
All sales are final after the 7-day period.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@awakenrpg.xyz with the following details:
• Your registered email address
• Your Hunter position number (e.g. #1042)
• Your payment receipt or UTR / PayPal transaction ID
• Reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI bank account or PayPal) within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank's processing times.

Future Pricing & Plans
Awaken may introduce optional subscription-based plans or in-app purchases in the future for premium features. Any such plans will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and governed by their own pricing terms. Founder Lifetime Access holders will retain their lifetime benefits regardless of any future pricing changes.
