By registering for our waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
Description of Service
Awaken is a gamified life-management platform designed to help users set goals, complete quests, track personal stats, and grow through AI-powered companion guidance. The Service is currently in pre-launch phase. Features described on our website are aspirational and subject to change prior to and after official launch.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at any particular time, that any specific feature will be included, or that the platform will launch by any specific date.
Waitlist & Early Access
By submitting your email to our waitlist, you grant us permission to contact you with updates about Awaken, including launch announcements, beta invitations, and related communications. Waitlist position does not guarantee early access — we reserve the right to determine access order and availability at our sole discretion.
Founder perks and benefits described on the website are available only to qualifying early access users as determined by Awaken Studio and may be modified or discontinued at any time prior to fulfilment.
User Accounts & Conduct
When you create an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information. • Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them with others. • Notify us immediately at legal@awakengame.com of any unauthorised access. • Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with any part of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, artwork, companion characters, logos, UI designs, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Awaken Studio and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
In-App Purchases & Payments
Certain features of Awaken may be offered for purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We are not responsible for purchases made by unauthorised users of your account.
All pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated and is subject to change. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your financial institution.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Awaken does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awaken Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $10.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Awaken Studio is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
